Description:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • 3+ years of experience in monitoring operations
  • 2+ years in operations analyst role
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Language skills – English, Japanese
  • Ability to work with management at every level
  • Problem solving abilities that adapt to variety of situations
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio. Strong Excel capabilities is essential.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for managing internal program execution, ensuring pipeline execution and communication between internal teams and stakeholders and providing regular updates and insights. Role requires program managing and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline report, ensuring that KPI’s of the program are tracked.
A successful candidate must be able to standardize operational intelligence and facilitate improvements to the tracking and streamlining reporting, good interpersonal skills and communication with stakeholders. The role requires someone who can easily collaborate, passion to learn and be agile to business requirements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Responsible in enabling Partners on current Microsoft Programs and coaching them to increase inbound nominations
  • Review business processes and make a variety of recommendations for improving efficiency and service
  • Data Hygiene and Input Management
  • Day to day operational request execution
  • Mailbox management
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads
  • Create and send reports to management
  • Create, document and maintain business process flows, requirements and policies
  • Development and Management of Monthly Business Review

  • Review SOW and provide necessary guidance
  • Coordinate activities relating to funded programs and nominations
  • Ensure the timely completion of milestones by client partners
  • Keep internal stakeholders accountable to deadlines
  • Coordinate and run regular progress meetings with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Work with Program Lead to report on risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
