We currently have a number of exciting openings for Regional Commercial Lead’s to join our Water Business across our Northern, Midlands & West, and Southern Regions. This is an opportunity to play an important role in our business as we continue to expand across the UK&I.

As Regional Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have a healthy, profitable and sustainable business, whilst ensuring we effectively manage and balance business risk and growth. You will oversee the commercial elements of bids and significant standalone projects, developing competitive commercial proposals, whilst meeting business objectives and providing opportunity for outperformance.
You will work with Regional Directors and the Leadership Team to develop, implement and improve strong and controlled regional commercial strategies to enable sustainable business growth.
You will build and maintain strong working relationships with Client and Partner Commercial Leads and use these links to review performance, identify opportunities for improvement and be a key escalation route for resolution of project and framework level issues.
You will provide commercial leadership to the regional leadership group, ensuring that the team is inspired and motived to deliver best practice in commercial & risk performance management, challenge conventional thinking and create a collaborative culture within the group.
