JOB DESCRIPTION:
A crucial partner in realizing our ambition to build brilliant connected brand communications strategies across Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned (PESO) touchpoints. You will work across 3 of our 5 key Europe and Central Eurasia priority brands (in addition to others in the cells) and will help shape the KPIs and brand plans to ensure cluster/ market campaigns and activations exceed expectations.
Reporting to the Europe & Central Eurasia (E&CE) Media Director, you will be accountable for creating data-driven ICP strategies for our Bars and Bitesize brands, driving awesome market connection plans, through playbook & toolkit creation – ranging from brand awareness through to engagement, conversion and repeat purchase.
You will work with your regional peers across brand and eCom teams to coordinate data-driven PESO media campaigns through the relevant comms channels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Annual Brand Comms Strategies for the Bars & Bitesize portfolio of brands
- Be the first point of contact for the cluster media teams on the Bars & Bitesize brand comms plans
- Working closely with the regional brand and local activation teams to ensure an omni-channel approach is delivered through the comms strategies
- Lead the Firestarter Test & Learn program for Mars Wrigley E&CE
- You will drive the intentionality behind the IAT (integrated agency team) by fostering great relationships with agency partners, and the brand & content hub
- Bring ‘outside learning in’ to drive new thinking and approaches to connections planning
