Title: Regional Communications and Marketing Assistant

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of communications or marketing related experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), or similar software.
• Skilled in using Social Media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook), as well as video editing and graphic design software such as CapCut and Canva.

• Designing, creating, and scheduling daily social media posts according to the brand’s tone and style.
• Drafting and designing content for editorial channels and other communication materials to ensure alignment with brand’s guidelines.
• Assisting with internal and external content management, ensuring the scheduling and publishing of employee communications and posts.
• Assisting with any other ongoing tasks, managing employee events, and performing administrative duties as assigned
