We are looking for a Regional Contract Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin in a permanent position in full time (40 hours) for our growing Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the contractual service delivery for an assigned (customer) region in Germany, France, and the Netherlands, including the associated willingness to travel.
- Identification and implementation of optimization potentials in operational processes (Continuous Improvement) using common best practice methods.
- Development of corresponding customer-specific maintenance strategies considering predefined KPIs.
- Comprehensive budget responsibility and creation of regular forecasts for the respective customer locations to realize predefined business plans.
- Conducting regular variance and cost analyses, including deriving appropriate action measures.
- Strategic management of external suppliers and service providers with the goal of achieving the best pricing and service level performance for the customer.
- Management of safety and compliance programs to ensure adherence to predefined QHSE standards and applicable local and national regulations and guidelines.
- Sustainable relationship management at all levels of the customer hierarchy to improve business relationships.
- Disciplinary leadership and targeted deployment planning of subordinate employees, as well as ensuring mentoring of team members with the goal of further development.
