Role Overview:
Are you ready for an exciting new challenge in your new role as a Regional Contract Manager for a recognised National Account?
We are now looking to expand our ever-growing team as part of our continued success story, under the Technical Services Business Division.
We are currently recruiting for two Regional Contract Managers who can take proactive ownership of the quality delivery and maintenance issues within the client’s portfolio of buildings. This will be in a set geographical area (North/South split) aiming to provide further invaluable support to our client.
Role Overview:
- Being the interface between the site owners and our Mitie team, ensuring that localised issues are dealt with and actioned accordingly
- Managing major issues when highlighted and attend site if required to find appropriate resolution and oversee works
- Support the delivery of revenue targets from our ‘Mitie 1st’ strategy by providing additional Mitie products and services to the client
- Proactively manage the delivery of services from agreed Sub-Contractors where Mitie cannot self-deliver ensuring that the service received matches that expected of our own team
- Regular auditing of subcontractor work being carried out on the estate
- Develop strong relationships with site contacts and site owners, ensuring escalations reach the RCM first, and attain trust and high levels of communication at all times
- Support our Mitie Helpdesk and other division’s of our business on technical or historic queries
- To be flexible and undertake other duties to accommodate operational requirements such as specific client requests (projects/auditing)
- Management of large quoted works from sub-contractor selection, quote reviews and job completion
- Reviewing and auditing of internal quotes to ensure correct scope and value for money are achieved
- Ensure proactive management of WIP
- Complete site audits and investigations in line with company procedures
- Key focus on meeting and exceeding SLA targets for all compliance and reactive works
- Have a key role in ensuring all our work is completed to the highest level and in the safest way, by ensuring all permits and RAMS are completed and reviewed.
- Assist in mobilisation of new sites when the client acquires new business.
- Work closely with the client’s team to ensure our portfolio is compliant and up to date.
