Regional Controller

We are in need of a diligent Regional Controller for our clients operations in Council Bluffs, Iowa, 51501, United States. As a Regional Controller, you will be a crucial part of the team, managing and overseeing various accounting functions, including account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Manufacturing experience is a must!

• Oversee the execution of diverse accounting functions within the organization.
• Ensure the accurate reconciliation of company accounts.
• Direct the management of accounts payable (AP) to maintain financial control.
• Supervise the process of accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely receipt of payments.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of accounting practices and procedures.
• Coordinate with other team members for the successful execution of accounting tasks.
• Monitor financial transactions and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for financial management and control.
• Facilitate the resolution of financial discrepancies and issues.
• Promote adherence to financial regulations and standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance
• Manufacturing experience is required
• Management experience
• Comprehensive understanding and practical experience with Accounting Functions
• Oversee the accounting department
