PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience in areas such as employee relations, training and development, coaching, change management, and recruitment.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of building and sustaining robust internal and external partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and experience with HR technologies.
  • Positive, resourceful, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer service.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and applicable laws, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service, maintaining responsiveness within 24 hours to our client group
  • Collaborate with senior PX leaders to guide management through key organizational updates and new structure projects.
  • Support recruitment efforts for specific roles, ensuring the right talent is brought into the organization.
  • Execute strategic initiatives, and support the design and implementation of PX solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders at all levels, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Contribute to strategic learning and development programs by identifying opportunities and facilitating training to enhance organizational capability.
  • Partner with management to resolve employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance to both staff and leaders; collaborate with legal counsel as necessary.
