Description:
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Work with the Regional Corporate Affairs Director to:
- Support OpCos in the development and execution of their CA plans as necessary
- Support the Global Tiger brand team in developing and executing brand PR strategies to optimise brand strategy/brand campaign through earned media.
- Support the development and drive implementation of the APAC Regional Leadership Team (RLT) engagement plan.
- Support embedding of CA Competency Framework and broad capability building across OpCos
- Proactively liaise with OpCos to assess and map critical risks and opportunities related to fiscal and regulatory environment, as well as environmental policies
- Support APAC CA people and team development to attract, retain and develop the best talents
- Support BaBW / S&R governance process for Region & liaise with Global Sustainability team to support the embedding of global processes
- Crisis Mitigation & Management: ensure HEINEKEN APAC & OpCo’s readiness to deal with crisis situations; leading communications and advising relevant management teams during crisis;
Requirements
- Level of education: International Relations, Economics or Communications related degree level or higher
- Years of experience: More than ten years of regional experience in similar roles /complex international environments / FMCG businesses
- Dynamic, high energy, strong ethics, strategic thinking, resilience to deal with challenges, pragmatic and professional, collaborative
- Language requirement: Fluent in English & other Asian languages are benefit
- Genuine curiosity about how the APAC region is interconnected and works with the Rest of the Word
