This role sits within the Sales and Account Management team at Roche, leading a regional team of account managers dedicated to delivering superior customer service and achieving broad business goals. As the Regional Customer Account Manager, you will manage a team of Associate Customer Account Managers, Customer Account Managers, and Senior Customer Account Managers, reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Account Management. You will operate within a dynamic, field-based environment, requiring regional and national travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the satisfaction and retention of existing customers within your region, driving long-term relationships and strategic account management.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies that align with Roche’s broader business goals, fostering cross-organizational collaboration.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer C-suite and senior management, driving service performance improvements and ensuring the delivery of contractual obligations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Roche’s internal teams and 3rd party partners to deliver value-based service solutions, driving future growth and ensuring customer retention.
  • Drive the adoption of digital tools and platforms within your region to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.
  • Lead and drive company projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the consistent use of Roche’s CRM system (Rexis) and other tools to track customer interactions, team performance, and account profitability.
