Role Overview:
Our global Sales team is growing! We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Customer Success Manager to join our Sales team. As a key player in our customer success journey, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships across your designated region. Your goal will be to ensure that our clients achieve their business objectives using CRU’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in your region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters, providing value-added expertise to our clients ensuring a seamless experience for our clients to extract the most value from their CRU subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Finance, to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize client retention, engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, workshops and demonstrations with clients to align their goals with CRU’s subscriptions.
  • Communicate and share timely market event information to materially impact client interactions.
  • Provide feedback to the Product Development team to improve our services based on client needs.
  • Domestic & international travel may be required in order to support our global clients.
