As the Regional Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our non-medical in-home care senior care agency. Your primary focus will be to identify and secure business opportunities through strategic partnerships (health care professionals, social workers, discharge planners, etc) , marketing initiatives, and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Presentations: Conduct sales presentations each week at referral source locations.
  • Events: Lead marketing events for referral sources (e.g., CEU’s, appreciation events like “grab n’ go dinners”) and the community (e.g., support groups, church presentations).
  • Contact: Has thirty face-to-face meetings each week.
  • Networking: Attends networking events (industry specific).
  • Development: Further develop base and network for long term sources of clients. Generate new customer referrals by cold calling, if necessary. Once a relationship is developed, be a resource (e.g., provide information, solve problems) for the referral source.
  • Follow-up: Plans future follow-up conversations, and evaluations of needs. Actively follows-up on leads with calls to action, dates, profile information and sources.
  • Servicing: Provide continuing service by processing and reassessing changes in referral network needs.
  • Continuing Education: Updates personal job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • CRM: Create and maintain customer relationship management program (CRM) and territory planner. Maintain daily communication with office staff and management to foster a team environment.
  • Communication: Maintain communication and interactions with referral sources by providing updates on the client’s condition, address concerns.
