Stern Consultants is seeking a Regional Director of Plant Services to fill a full-time position. You will be responsible for overseeing that our physical plants provide residents and guests a safe environment.
As a Regional Director of Plant Services, you will inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment used by each facility; determine immediate and long-range needs for maintenance and repair work; consult on priorities for major projects; evaluate labor, material, and related costs for altering existing facilities and equipment. The Regional Director of Plant Services will additionally schedule and coordinate work projects; inspect work in progress and upon completion for compliance with standards; provide technical guidance and assistance as required.
The Regional Director will confirm compliance with State and Federal Regulatory codes and abide by the standards identified in the Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan.
