Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional ET operations strategy aligned with WPP’s overarching Technology Operations and ET strategy.
- Partner with Cluster Directors, the Senior Director of Tech Ops, and the broader Tech Ops management team to translate business priorities into actionable ET initiatives.
- Identify and champion technology opportunities to optimize business processes, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation within the region.
- Manage the regional Tech Ops budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the day-to-day technology operations within the region, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional end-user support through deskside and executive support teams.
- Effectively balance the demands and priorities of various clusters with available resources across regional teams.
- Deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality technology operations services, ensuring all services meet or exceed defined SLAs and performance targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality and reduce costs.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
- Develop team members’ technical skills and leadership capabilities through mentorship and coaching.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, ET colleagues, and external vendors.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on ET operations, projects, and initiatives, effectively managing expectations within a matrixed environment.
