Description:
Natera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Sales to lead our Oncology division within the Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana region. This pivotal role is dedicated to driving the sales and growth of Natera’s cutting-edge oncology testing products. The successful candidate will oversee a team of six to eight Clinical Oncology Specialists, ensuring profitable growth through strategic planning, execution, and management.
Location: The region for this role is Arizona and Colorado.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful sales management experience, preferably in Oncology or diagnostic laboratory businesses. At least three years of direct physician sales experience in Oncology or clinical diagnostics.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Oncology Specialists to achieve and surpass sales targets. Provide regular feedback, guidance, and support to maximize team potential and performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and regional strategies to drive rapid product distribution and market penetration.
- Educate and recruit Key Opinion Leaders within the Oncology and Pathology communities. Establish and maintain positive relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other key customer segments.
- Spend significant time in the field with sales professionals, offering hands-on direction, coaching, and market insights to foster best practices and exceptional sales results.
- Oversee budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet sales goals. Coordinate with corporate support teams to align strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA/PHI privacy policies, General Policies and Procedures Compliance, and security training requirements.
