Responsibilities:

As the Regional Director, you’ll be at the helm of our regional locations and teams, shaping our strategies for growth and excellence. Reporting directly to the National Director, you’ll collaborate with top-tier professionals to ensure operational standards are met and exceeded. Your expertise will guide our teams nationwide, keeping us ahead of industry trends and market dynamics. With strong administration support, national systems in place and a true one team culture, you will be able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports for the National Director
  • Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Serve as a reputable ambassador for Acumentis, enhancing our profile and reputation through quality work and stakeholder engagement.
  • Champion risk management and compliance efforts, contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, supporting professional development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Complete all allocated valuations to a high quality, in a professional manner, within required timeframes, and in accordance with company requirements and client instructions.
  • Cultivate a nationwide network of valuers and clients, driving business growth and market presence.

Desired Attributes:

  • Over 10 years of property valuation experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and local property markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, making sound decisions under pressure.
