Description:
As the Senior Manager for eCommerce in the Middle East, you will play a critical role in driving eCommerce growth across Food Service Aggregators and eRetail customers in one of our top-priority regions. You will work closely with our franchise team, cross functional teams, bottling partners, and regional eCommerce team to ensure the successful implementation of our online strategy across the different sub-channels.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in eCommerce and/or customer & commercial roles within the FMCG sector, with experience in Middel East.
- Preferably Arabic speaking
- Strong data-driven and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate effectively.
- Ability to plan and execute strategies effectively.
- Strong influential and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the regional eCommerce and franchise teams to ensure seamless integration of brand strategies across eCommerce sub-channels.
- Develop and implement integrated short- and mid-term strategies for Digital Commerce and Food Aggregators to enhance customer-focused, consumer-centric programming.
- Execute all eCommerce fundamentals across key platforms.
- Analyze and report on digital shelf performance metrics, such as availability, product content, titles, images, search results, reviews, and ratings. Derive insights and define actionable steps.
- Access the customer data dashboard to track performance indicators, including sell-in, sell-out, market share, incidence share, conversion rates, and basket size.
- Initiate and lead specific eCommerce projects (such as live streaming, social commerce, and gaming) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
