TRADITIONAL EDUCATION

• Your main task is to educate, inspire and support all partners using our education programs and tools according to our guidelines.
• You train the BABOR method and perform lecture and treatment demonstration to our partners and their staff members.
• You educate our partners with product knowledge according to our education program guideline.
• The distributor’s education departments are being supported by you.
• You initiate local projects in collaboration with sales and marketing and roll out all concepts and programs designed by global education.

ONLINE EDUCATION

• You attend and perform group and personalized webinars and promote them to partners via social media and email blast.
• You create monthly calendar and send them to our partners using corporate guidelines.
• You provide market insights and feedback to Global Education.
• The coordination of all “on site” education seminars for EMEA with the area manager is another task.
