We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience in facilities management, including statutory compliance, Health & Safety audits, tenant liaison, and reactive maintenance.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum: IOSH Managing Safely.
Preferred: NEBOSH General Certificate (or a willingness to undertake training).
