KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Economic/ Engineering master’s degree
- 8+ years’ experience in Finance and Control, in a complex and multinational environment
- Knowledge of Accounting and FP&A
- Ability to communicate at all levels both across the business community and with Cluster Finance Team/ Legal entity, Group Finance
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Excel functionality

Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop financial staff to ensure that the organization’s controlling and reporting activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently, and according to relevant local regulations, laws, and standards
- Develops and analyses metrics that showcase the company’s performance
- Monitor and supervise preparation of legal, regulatory, or internal reporting
- Make assessments and recommend processes how to optimize various risks
- Evaluate investments and monitor their performance
- Give advice for regular or new business activities from various financial aspects
- Maintain appropriate system of internal controls and reporting to fulfil all requirements
- Provide guidance and support to other functions to optimize business risks
