Description:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Advisor: Reports to System Form Finance Manager, the Regional FP&A Advisor will play a major role in system form project evaluation and recommendation including DRIVE AIR POD, financial reporting, EPLP cost analysis, financial system development and functional support. This regional role will present opportunities to work with various departments to provide financial services and consultancy, and assist the management team in making business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, preferably with an MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CFA.
  • Minimum five years’ relevant working experience
  • Significant analytical skillset, including the utilisation of BI and reporting tools
  • Advanced knowledge of project management and familiarity with Essbase and SQL are definite advantages.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong organizational skills and business acumen
  • Able to manage multi-tasks and work under time pressure
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English are a must
  • Excellent skill in Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Sound knowledge in financial management analytical tools and investment modelling
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationship

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the various function teams and country FP&A for cost analysis to support the pricing strategy
  • Support the system form project initiatives for business decision. Provide function matrix support including monthly BVR and variances analysis, projects review and recommendations, project cost monitoring etc
  • Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, scenario planning, forecasts and profitability
  • Utilising BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance
  • Support the Finance Manager in other ad-hoc projects.
