Description:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A); Regional FP&A
You will play a major role in project evaluation and recommendation, financial reporting, forecasting and planning, budgeting and financial system development and support. This regional role will present opportunities to work with various departments to provide financial services and consultancy and assist the management team in making business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, preferably with an MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CFA.
  • Minimum five years’ relevant working experience
  • Advanced knowledge of project management and familiarity with Essbase and SQL are definite advantages.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong organizational skills and business acumen
  • Able to manage multi-tasks and work under time pressure
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English are a must
  • Excellent skill in Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Experience in digital tools/dashboards and digital transformation would be advantage
  • Sound knowledge in financial management analytical tools and investment modelling

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports/dashboard and Management meeting materials
  • Lead / support APAC forecasting exercise (bi-monthly) including liaising with marketing for the revenues assumptions
  • Review and enhance current forecasting process and to look for efficiency and effectiveness improvement through automation and process revision.
  • Provide function matrix support including preparation of budget; monthly BVR and variances analysis, projects review and recommendations, project cost monitoring etc
  • Responsible for own deliverables and must take initiatives to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
  • Handle any adhoc projects as required
