Description:

*REQUIREMENTS:*

  1. Familiar with the local food and beverage market in Singapore, especially the F&B commercial situation within shopping malls.
  2. More than six years of experience in the F&B industry.
  3. Bi-lingual in English and Chinese to liaise with clients and respective associates.
  4. Proven ability to lead multiple outlets and teams, with successful case studies.
  5. Knowledgeable in financial management of the F&B industry, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  6. Experienced in market marketing and brand promotion, capable of formulating and executing effective marketing strategies.
  7. Highly focused on customer service, able to formulate and implement measures to improve customer satisfaction.
  8. Possesses innovative thinking, able to introduce new dining concepts and service models.
  9. Extensive network and resources in the F&B industry to aid in the company’s development.
  10. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.
  11. Practical experience with entrepreneurial spirit and training skills will be more valued over educational certificate.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for our F&B operations.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.
  • Manage F&B yearly budget, control costs and increase profitability.
  • Identify, evaluate and recommend new markets, products and services.
  • Plan and execute investment in new restaurants and equipment purchases independently.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and high operation standards.
  • Maintain high food quality, service and restaurant cleanliness standards.
  • Provide strong leadership and able to recruit, build, train and manage a team.
  • Encourage proactive and flexible problem-solving among staff.
  • Proactively taking on additional responsibilities as required.
  • Capable of handling emergencies and unexpected situations.
