QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of field marketing, program marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations experience with proven track record of success.
  • Experience with MarTech stack including but not limited marketing automation tools, intent data, sales outbound tooling, etc.
  • Exhibit attention to detail and high level of organization skills with the ability to deliver campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful and resourceful with a willingness to tackle whatever task is necessary.
  • Team player mentality with strong consideration for impact on team members.
  • Collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and collaborators given the complexities of global large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables and issues and risks are properly addressed.

Responsibilities:

ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

This strategic position will work within Asia Pacific with cross-functional teams to design the strategy for cloud growth in the region, including the development of performance marketing campaigns to drive double digit growth in cloud revenue. They will develop both digital and event marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand generation. They will monitor campaign performance and budget to analyze ROI and develop campaigns based on conversion results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work in partnership with Cloud Sales in APAC to develop the regional strategy for cloud.
  • Optimizing campaigns and user journeys by identifying areas of opportunity to enhance user’s experience and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance within the regions across digital and event channels, as well as SDR outbound campaigns.
  • Identify key opportunities of improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency and processes, and product tooling.
  • Provide strategic ideation and critical feedback as a SME to collaborators in order to develop the optimal strategy and plan of execution.
  • Audit, document and create processes to help oversee and manage all campaigns and journeys
