REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 15 to 20 years of leadership experience in Credit Risk Structuring and/or Credit Risk Approval within wholesale or corporate banking. Experience in Structured Financing is advantageous.
Skills: Demonstrated ability to balance risk with business acumen, strategic thinking, and macroeconomic insight. Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and leadership are essential.

Strategic Credit Risk Management: Provide oversight for credit risk decisions through a deep understanding of sector dynamics, client analysis, exposure assessment, and regulatory and economic conditions.
Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with the CEO, business leaders, and clients to develop and execute the bank’s credit risk and investment strategy.
Portfolio Management: Cultivate a strong risk culture by advancing risk identification, assessment, and prevention practices within the bank.
