Description:

The Regional Head of Talent Management is accountable for the design and delivery of the end-to-end talent strategy and executive talent management practices for our Europe and Americas regions.

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our HR team in London to help us continue to mature and scale delivery. You will be joining the leadership team of a highly engaged and motivated HR team to develop our longer-term talent strategy, focusing our talent acquisition and development offers to deliver against that strategy.

Responsibilities:

The Regional Head of Talent Management is accountable for the design and delivery of the end-to-end talent strategy and executive talent management practices for our Europe and Americas regions. The team is comprised of Talent Acquisition (supporting Europe only), Learning & Development and our rotational programme; ELDP. It also implements Enterprise Talent practices and offerings regionally.

What you will do

  • Partner with the Head of HR Europe & Americas to develop and deliver regional talent strategies that accelerate the achievement of the long-term business strategy.
  • Partner closely across the regional HR teams to integrate the talent plan into the overall approach across the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop strategies to identify the capabilities critical to the business strategy and develop the roadmap to ensure the business has sustainable access to these capabilities. This will include consideration of talent attraction, talent assessment, organization design and development, succession planning and crew (employee) engagement.
  • Support the regional executive teams with the creation and execution of fit-for-purpose talent and engagement strategies.
  • Ensure DEI is integrated into talent strategies across the crew lifecycle. Measure the effectiveness of the talent plan and form recommendations accordingly.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement & scalability, working closely with enterprise talent teams to shape and implement programmers and processes.

  • Strong business partner background driving: business results, organisational design and effectiveness, performance management, executive coaching, and development initiatives.
