JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Provides more complex operational consultancy to employees, middle and senior managers with limited direction. Leads significant projects and develops local HR solutions. Manages medium to high complexity ER cases. Regular exposure to senior leadership.
The Role will be reporting to the Regional Head of HR, Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa, and be based in Gothenburg / Stockholm, Sweden.

The role will be responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of core HR processes and HR projects/initiatives in the Nordic countries, leading a team of HR professionals on the ground. Recognized as a subject matter expert on a variety of Human Resources related topics, the successful candidate will be accountable for effective consultancy and operational support to employees and managers as well as operational service delivery.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The successful candidate will:
- Analyse the business to identify and recommend HR priorities to support the business agenda. Providing direction and staff management to HR team, ensuring activities are focused on key business issues and that an effective operational service is provided.

- Develop local HR solutions, where required.
- Review and guide on wider HR activities or initiatives generated by central or global groups. Liaising with these groups to ensure they are aware of local requirements.
- Support all employee lifecycle related processes from Hire to Retire (such as hiring, onboarding, end of employment)
- Ensure a consistent approach to HR activities and initiatives within regional and global policies/legal requirements, whilst adhering to local statutory requirements and legislation.
- Provide direction to the business on all matters associated with staff and coach management teams to enhance individual and team capability in areas of HR operations activity, such as cyclical HR processes.
- Help design and implement company policies
- Participate in regional or global projects, as required.
