This role can be based in Bogota, Colombia or Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Betsson Group is seeking an experienced Regional HR Manager to lead our HR strategy and operations across the LATAM region. As our presence grows in LATAM, you will be key to uniting HR functions across multiple countries and guiding local HR managers as we continue to expand. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and unify HR operations across the LATAM region, currently spanning Colombia, Mexico, Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentina and our external partners in Peru
- Act as a top-level HR business partner, providing strategic HR support and guidance to leadership in the LATAM region.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage Human Resources strategy for the LATAM region to align with Betsson’s global goals.
- Support and guide local HR managers on organization development, leadership, team building, employee relations, and other people-related matters.
- Implement and drive talent management initiatives to support business objectives, including performance management, career development, and training.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and HR budget compliance across LATAM offices, ensuring alignment with Betsson’s policies.
- Champion Betsson’s culture across LATAM offices, fostering a strong employer brand to make Betsson the Employer of Choice in the region.
- Cultivate talent development and address recruitment needs to support our growing LATAM presence.
- Serve as a key member of the Global HR Team, managing and mentoring a team of HR professionals.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, learning and development, performance management, and compensation.
