THE POSITION

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead recruitment efforts and serve as the primary HR point of contact for our designated regions. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, focusing on roles across Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel, and Sales Engineering within the META/Europe regions. You will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company’s continued growth. Additionally, you will provide essential support for employee immigration, employment services, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local regulations in the Middle East.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Location & Language: must currently reside in Dubai, UAE, with at least 5 years of professional experience in the region. Native Arabic speaker required. Prior European recruitment experience would be useful, but not essential.
  • Experience: a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Talent Acquisition: strong sales aptitude with a hunter mentality to actively seek out and engage top talent.
  • Relationship Management: exceptional skills in managing candidate relationships, with the ability to negotiate and create a positive, brand-defining recruitment experience.
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously while providing expert HR consultation to hiring managers.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and attention to detail are essential.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive self-starter who can work both independently and within a team, eager to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the recruitment and hiring process for the META Region initially, expanding to lead European sales recruitment in the future.
  • Take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, postings, and strategic search plans.
  • Managing and reviewing applications within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Screening and assessing candidates to match the right talent with the right roles.
  • Coordinating and facilitating interviews, providing timely follow-ups.
  • Supporting the final selection process and managing offer negotiations.
  • Manage the HR Operations & Employment Services for the META Region only.
  • Act as the go-to HR representative for the region, handling:
  • New employee onboarding and integration.
  • Employee immigration and governmental matters such as relocation, work permits, visas, and residence permits.
  • Administration of employee benefits and full employment lifecycle services.
  • Compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
