ABOUT THE JOB

We, at Electrolux Professional are looking for HRBP and Payroll Head for SEA who will oversee and supervise the organization’s payroll function, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government local regulations. You will also work closely with management and employees providing hands-on and strategic inputs, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management etc .

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, tax withholdings and other deductions
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including hires, terminations and changes to pay rates
  • Lead core HR processes such as staff appointments, transfers, promotions
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and national and local payroll wage and hour laws and best practices
  • Facilitate audits by providing record and documentation to auditors
  • Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures
  • Oversee the maintenance of current employee data systems
  • Interpret new legislation impacting payroll in any country
  • As HRBP, provide human resources direction, advising and counseling to the leadership team and employees in SEA.
  • Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Understand business context, issues, and challenges to provide sustainable solutions using HR methodologies.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
  • Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting , retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development.
  • Collaborate within team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
  • Also provide necessary support in planning & hiring the manpower as and when required.
