Our client is a financial services institution headquartered in Europe on an exciting growth journey. This is an excellent opportunity to join them in a newly created role as a Regional HR Business Partner based in Singapore.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as strategic advisor to Business Leaders around the People Agenda, including talent management and development, performance management, total rewards and employee relations to support organizational growth
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and high performing culture
  • Work closely with the Corporate HR team to deploy key processes, procedures and policies in accordance with global standards while observing local laws and legislations
  • Work closely with the broader HR team to drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational effectiveness

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Degree qualifications with around 12 to 15 years across the full spectrum of HR, with strengths in Business Partnering. Experience in financial services will be highly desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of local Employment laws, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices in Asia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments and be flexible and agile to changing business needs. Prior experience in startup environments will be a bonus.
  • A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity.
  • A self starter who is agile, inquisitive and keen to learn
