We’re looking for a versatile Demand talent, with a passion for driving business growth and leading dynamic teams, and approximately 10+ years of extensive experience across Sales, Category Management, Marketing, or Strategy. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strategic Expertise: Exceptional strategic thinking skills, capable of leading and guiding markets through acceleration projects. You’ll lead cross functional teams and utilize insights to make informed strategic recommendations and develop actionable plans that propel our business forward.
  • Business Acumen: A holistic view of the business, with a good grasp of P&L management and sales execution. You’ll have the ability to challenge and inspire teams across 60+ markets, ensuring strategic alignment and engagement towards Perfect Execution. Your keen listening skills and results-oriented mindset will be crucial in delivering impactful outcomes.
  • Influence without Authority: A deep understanding of how to effectively engage markets, critical stakeholders and drive performance to new heights. You’ll be comfortable navigating complex market dynamics and fostering strong relationships.
  • Global Perspective: International experience is a significant advantage, bringing an broad perspective to our operations. Fluency in English is essential, enabling you to communicate effectively in our diverse and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

This role leads the Acceleration (Business Development) of the Ice cream business across all EMEA markets: Europe & Central Eurasia + GEM.

  • Accelerate business growth through developing and co-creating strategic business plans with key markets as well as co-pilot regional long-term growth planning strategy (iVCP)
  • Lead/Guide Ice Cream markets community (Sales Director, Category Leads, Brand Managers) to deploy Ice Cream strategic pillars, drive quality growth, export best practices and develop capabilities.
  • Be accountable for Markets’ operating plan execution across all levers
