Description:
Our client is an international healthcare company, seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage IT operations across Asia. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring system security and reliability, and managing IT infrastructure and governance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant IT experience, with 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in managing ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage IT budgets and evaluate vendor proposals.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% within the region.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and operations to ensure security, reliability, and performance.
- Implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and compliance measures.
- Ensure the efficiency of 1st level and 2nd support of Computing, Network and Application support providing by IT Agency under SLA
- Lead IT projects, including system rollouts and upgrades, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service level agreements.
- Develop and maintain IT KPIs, budgets, and cost assessments.
- Drive adoption of innovative technologies and support the organization’s growth.
- Provide guidance and support to regional IT teams to ensure smooth operations.Communicate IT strategies and updates effectively to stakeholders.
