Your Job
As part of our outbound Sales team, we are looking for an experienced, customer driven, creative Sales profile, who will be owning the front-end Commercial performance of the assigned territory/accounts. Your primary focus is to build win-win value propositions and create business opportunities, by building close relationships with customers, understand customer strategies/priorities and anticipate customer needs.

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Proven experience in Key Account management, Sales or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience working with diverse teams. Proactive.
  • High availability to travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and anticipate customer needs. Build creative win-win value propositions, providing solutions that are preferred compared with alternatives.
  • Develop tactics to generate incremental profitable market share, through the development of preferred partnerships.
  • Capture and select opportunities. Set priorities.
  • Help define Sales and Marketing strategies, in collaboration with the Global Product Manager and Business Development teams. Capture and share market intel (’voice of customer’, competitive landscape, trends).
