Description:

Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results orientated Regional Logistics Director to lead the Nutts Corner warehouse team. The Regional Logistics Director will be responsible for the management of all related key performance indicators through leading and developing a dynamic and target focused team.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the warehouse team in line with company principles and values
  • Continuously manage the training and development of all employees within the team
  • Manage all logistics key performance indicators and implement strategic action plans to target KPI development
  • Oversee concept implementation and identify focus areas for Logistics Managers (LMs)
  • Collaborate with RDC and HO departments on project and process optimisations
  • Cost management and budget planning on an annual basis whilst continuously driving cost saving initiatives
  • Conduct regular meetings with the LMs, RDC departments and the RMD

What you’ll need

  • Previous management experience with a proven record of developing people
  • Full driver’s license is required
  • Previous experience collaborating with other business units to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comprehensive analytical skills
  • Flexibility and mobility
