Position: Regional Manager
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £60,000 basic + performance bonus (OTE £80k-£100k+)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing multiple stores or teams in assisted sales retail.
- Proven track record in sales management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with confrontation and adept at handling difficult conversations.
- Strong analytical and administrative abilities.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our stores, collaborating closely with the Director and Management Team. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, driving sales and exceeding targets through effective coaching and leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and develop store teams to achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
- Ensure effective communication between Head Office and stores, facilitating timely action on important messages.
- Oversee day-to-day store management, including staff planning, appraisals, and performance reviews.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to optimize results.
