Since 2006, Dragonfly has provided routine maintenance and repairs on stormwater devices, lakes, ponds, wetlands, and underground facilities. The core purpose of this position is to ensure that the company’s clients are serviced following the highest standard of quality while maximizing the efficiency and productivity of assigned crew members operating in the field. This role is integral to the smooth and profitable execution of work performed by Dragonfly Pond Works.

• Report to the Branch Manager.
• Crew management, including on-site guidance and fieldwork as needed.
• Pre-construction site walks.
• Coordinate equipment and materials for crews.
• Assist the sales team with estimating needs for upcoming projects.
• Conduct field training for all new and existing employees.
• Handle administrative duties related to staff management.
• Keep continuous communication with the Sales team and the client.
• Acquire and maintain current certifications as required.
• Identify and implement safety training for field staff.
