Are you passionate about helping people and want to make a difference? We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as ETC’s Regional Manager within our Workforce Australia Services contract to be based within the Wivenhoe Employment Region.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE - A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGIONAL MANAGER
As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for overseeing operations of the Wivenhoe Region, financial budgets and performance with the support of Operations Manager and Regional Recruitment Manager. Will also be required to manage staff and resources to achieve the successful delivery of the Workforce Australia Services DEED in the assigned Employment Region (ER) and operational budgets to achieve ETC’c set targets as measured by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) performance framework.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE;
- Develop a performance-oriented culture based on high quality service and aligned to ETC’s values
- Ensure the Workforce Australia Program is delivered in accordance with all funding body requirements.
- Lead, manage and support Operation Managers and Regional Recruitment Managers in your reporting line.
- Develop innovative approaches to achieve high levels of customer service.
- Ensure strategic relationships and networks are built and maintained with various stakeholders, such as peak bodies, interagency groups, employers, community and relevant government agencies.
- Develop effective and innovative teams
- Participate in the development and delivery of the strategic plan and implement ETC’s vision and direction across the region.
- Work with Operations Managers to ensure expenditure is within, and revenue meets or exceeds budget.
- Ensure behaviours align with ETC’s core values and strive for continuous improvement.
