WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development of multi-location office and consulting employees, ensuring high engagement and retention.
• Handle all aspects of operations including financial forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Utilize knowledge of Alberta’s site assessment, remediation, and reclamation guidelines to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.
• Implement and align business strategies with corporate objectives, driving growth through business development, proposals, and marketing.
• Lead and enforce safety programs, promoting a proactive culture of health and safety while ensuring adherence to all regulations.
