We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record in people management with a passion for developing and coaching people and who can demonstrate strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

You will be responsible and accountable for leading and managing Regional resources to support delivery of the Company’s strategic and tactical business objectives. Ensuring that results are delivered in line with the company vision, values and purpose of ‘making our customers’ lives better’. As our new Regional Manager, you will be a strong hands-on people manager that is truly passionate about driving results through people. You will run your region ensuring your Branch Managers’ number one priorities are their customers, colleagues and local communities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Act as a key driver and enabler of service innovation and provide leadership in developing and embedding a culture of service excellence
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Provide focused guidance to help team members achieve their goals and enhance performance
  • Drive internal mobility through succession planning and talent mapping based on team capabilities
  • Manage and utilise your people to cover current and future business requirements/succession needs
  • Recruiting, leading, developing and coaching your people. Ensuring that together you build an inclusive culture where everyone is empowered to deliver great customer service
  • Ensuring through great leadership and presence in branches, planning and execution, great standards and KPI’s are delivered by all branches in your region
  • Deliver a proactive and strategic focus, with overall operational accountability for a regional portfolio, delivering profitability, compliance, service excellence and value.
  • Ensure all team members comply with legislation, Company policies and procedures, and adhere to the Core Values of the company by providing outstanding customer service and delivering in line with our Treating Customers Fairly Policy
