About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead and oversee the team of Housing Workers delivering tenancy and property management services for Salvation Army Housing across SA region. This role is based in Manningham.
- Opportunity to monitor, strengthen and build Housing functions across SA
- Permanent Full-time position - (38hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Housing Workers delivering tenancy and property management services and provide constructive, fair and timely feedback with resources and guidance for improvement.
- Ensure Community Housing KPI’s are achieved, and funding body requirements are met.
- Identify potential improvements to current service delivery and make recommendations
- Develop project plans for program implementation
- Coordinate compliance, essential service and annual asset management program for your region supported by National Property Infrastructure team
- Responsible for oversight and management of tenancy and property management database including data integrity, trades compliance to improve service delivery
About You
The role will ideally suit someone with Real Estate or Community Housing background and who is passionate about delivering a quality client-focused service. You have demonstrated experience engaging with a wide cross section of individuals and an ability to manage multiple projects.
Key capabilities:
- Tertiary qualification in Property Management, Project Development, Business Administration or Community Services are desirable
- Prior experience in a similar role managing staff who oversee a diverse property portfolio
- Sound knowledge of housing development within the social housing and community welfare sector
- Strong knowledge of SA Residential Tenancies legislation and Community Housing policy
