POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Regional Manager for Local Area Engagement , you will be one of three key regional leaders responsible for driving local area marketing strategies, increasing referrals to pre-need and at-need teams, and generating new business partnerships within your designated geographic territory. You will lead and coach a team of Local Area Engagement Specialists to deliver growth, ensuring that InvoCare’s services reach and support more families in their communities.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years in sales and/or business development leadership roles.
• Proven success in coaching and developing business development team members.
• Experience leading and managing financial performance targets and market share growth.
• Strong track record in creating and developing local business and community relationships.
• Expertise in managing and developing multi-brand, multi-location, cross-functional teams.
• Elite networking and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence large audiences.
• Commercial acumen balanced with empathy.
• Desirable: Experience within the funeral/death industry or healthcare sector.Desirable: Established network in local communities.
