• Hourly Rate: $214k (includes Car & Super) + NFP

The role:
In this role you will be supporting our organisation’s service system locations to be viable and sustainable businesses in the northern region, covering the Illawarra are of NSW, including locations in Albion Park Rail, Coniston, Shell Cove, Mt Terry, Mt Warrigal, Warrawong and Wollongong.
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer you will drive the delivery of key result targets in the Warrigal Balanced Scorecard as set by the Board approved annual budget. You will achieve this vision for older people by partnering with our Growth, Finance and People & Culture teams.

To be successful you will need:

• You’ll hold a tertiary qualification in business, management, accounting, systems or related disciplines
• You’ll have minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in a senior management position
• You’ll have strong people leadership skills with models of wisdom in the workplace
• You’ll hold a current NSW or ACT drivers licence with the ability to travel within the region
