Nuix is Hiring Regional Manager of Partnership Programs, APAC (RMPP), who will report to the Global Head of Partnership Programs, and will have a dotted line to the Regional Sales EVPs. This position will be based in our Sydney office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
You will be accountable for the effective roll-out, implementation and governance of Partnership Programs for all types of partners in the region and will work closely with internal X-Functional teams such as Marketing, Product, etc. for the proper implementation of the programs in the region.
Supporting the members of the sales organization responsible for managing individual partnerships (Channel Sales Managers, Strategic Alliances Managers) as a member of the partnership project team and will work closely in the execution of key partnership activities such as the preparation of the partnership JBP, attending QBRs and planning and implementation of partner incentives, etc.
Creating and updating partner account records in Salesforce, provisioning demo licenses for partners, regional MDF budget management, overseeing the Deal Registration review, the rollout of 1:many partner incentives, 1:many marketing collateral and campaigns and 1:many training modules and research materials.
The RMPP will align with the regional sales teams for a specific RACI model for new partner recruitment and onboarding in target markets and segments considering the situation (Ex. Emerging Market with no or limited Partner coverage needing new partners vs an established market with an existing Partner portfolio)
Responsible for the execution of Go-To-Market plans of Technology Partnerships in their region and can eventually be the designated partner manager for a limited number of high-priority tech partners based in their region
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience in Partnership Management, either in a similar role or as Strategic Partner Manager or Channel Sales Manager preferably in the region
Experience managing Go-To-Market plans for technology partnerships
Experience preparing, reviewing and using Partnership Joint Business Plans (JBP) as a tool to align and mobilise partnerships
Strong Growth and Problem-solving mindset
Experience rolling out partnership programs vs developing individual partnerships

Due to the responsibilities, the RMPP is expected to travel up to 25% of their time to support or participate in partner-related activities.
The individual performance of the RMPP’s will be aligned to their region’s partner-based business revenue targets (70%) and on the accomplishment of global and region’s specific objectives for the role. (30%)
