Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive industry implementing franchise systems or other retail focused best-in-class programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, project and problem solving skills
  • Strong ability to build relationships and positively influence franchisees and other stakeholders
  • Ability to lead, motivate, hold accountable, develop, direct and achieve target results for franchise partners
  • Proven track record of achieving results
  • Strong financial acumen, excellence training, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate in sometimes stressful environment
  • Ability to remain felxible in constantly changing environment is critical
  • Ability to spend 80% of the time performing field level work directly with franchisees
  • Proficiency in MS computer skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing long term business relationships with service points
  • Act as strategy consultant for individual activities at points of sale in accordance with the Premio franchise agreements
  • Implementing the Premio concept in service centers and conducting the annual process of quality certification
  • Preparation of annual business plan at current and future Premio points of sale
  • Ensure management, reporting and presentation of sales and cost plans
  • Conduct regular reviews of KPIs and implementing the necessary measures in order to achieve the sales plans / costs
  • Support Premio networks at points of sale
  • Deploy marketing campaigns
  • Stimulate purchases from preferred suppliers, network promotions
  • Focus on sales and marketing activities directed at end users at points of service franchises
  • Implement Premio quality standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide training to employees and owners in the Premio network (client service, sales approach, displays, marketing initiatives)
  • Actively participate in a digital transformation project
