Your new role
The sofa sits at the heart of the home, and we know how much that means to our customers, which means your job as a Sofology Regional Manager is quite an important one. You’ll always find yourself out and about in your stores supporting your Leaders and store teams to deliver an unrivalled customer experience. You’ll be communicating and delivering key retail insights, so that every Sofologist is on the same page, no matter where they are.
A day in the life of…
- Inspiring, guiding and motivating your Store Managers to always be at their best so they bring their energy and passion to every customer and Sofologist interaction
- Always look at opportunities and take action that drives footfall and sales for your stores, keeping the energy and sales momentum strong
- Working really closely with our Head of Stores, Sara, in successfully contributing to our Retail Strategy and making sure we do it justice and land what we set out to do
- Deliver on our promise to create an unrivalled customer experience through your Store Leaders - with regular sense checks of NPS and supporting data to make sure we’re not missing a trick
- Driving sales performance by providing your leaders with the professional development and key tools to achieve what’s expected of them
- Ensuring the right leaders are in the right role, identifying skills gaps through good conversations to support any developmental areas
- Always inspiring your teams through leadership meetings, with clear communication that influence action and change where it suits
- Build a clear succession plan that encourages and inspires internal career progression within your region which offers a strong talent pipeline for future roles
- To work really closely with your People Business Partner to deliver our Priceless People strategy
