Responsibilities:

  • Implementing a dealer development and acquisition strategy for your territory, maximising commercial outcomes
  • Managing and motivating your team to achieve performance against agreed specific budgets
  • You will demonstrate a high level of understanding of geographical region, finance & competitor market, understanding the opportunities and risks associated within it.
  • Engage at all levels to influence, challenge and assist in the formulation of strategies to keep MotoNovo competitive and innovative.
  • Proactively promote and develop MotoNovo profile, by creating and maintaining valuable relationships with major clients (existing & target)
