Job Title: Regional Manager
Reporting to: Sales Director
Reports : In their assigned Region – Hearing Aid Dispensers, Clinic Coordinators and Wax
Removal Technicians for all sales operations matters.
Job Purpose: Working with the Sales Director, the Regional Manager is responsible for the smooth running of a region, achieving sales growth, driving market share and providing exceptional service for our patients, through the effective management of all clinics/visiting sites, customer care and telemarketing activities within their Region. Using All The Right Things (ATRT), the Regional Manager has primary responsibility for driving the year-on-year revenue growth in their Region by implementing the key processes that drive success. The Regional Manager is also responsible to ensure team sales performance and return rates are within ATRT levels while at all times delivering high quality service for Hidden Hearing patients. The Regional Manager will ensure all sales/marketing leads (including those generated via telemarketing), are being managed effectively and efficiently and hearing aid dispensers’ diaries are managed in accordance with ATRT.

QUALIFICATIONS AND APTITUDES:

  • Ensure compliance and consistent delivery of ATRT to drive revenue growth through daily ‘Active Management’ of hearing aid dispensers, clinic coordinators and Wax Removal Technicians activities in in
  • Ensure that all opportunities in the region are captured, coordinated and maximised by ensuring the implementation of “All The Right Things”.
  • Lead, organise, plan, and direct all clinics and visiting site activities in line with our clinic best practice guides, manuals and as trained.
  • Responsible for managing and coaching the continued development of each team member using the quarterly agile performance review meetings and quick connect meetings.
  • Create a culture of equity and fairness across the team by adhering to and living our Company Values.
  • Oversee financial aspects of the business at the discretion of the Managing Director/Sales Director.
  • Work daily with each team member to ensure that all revenue opportunities are captured, coordinated and maximised in line with ATRT.
  • Daily: as appropriate lead, performance develop, mentor, coach, counsel, and role play team members using our Strengths-based 5 conversations, Insights Discovery, HR tools policies and procedures as well as engagement to deliver a great place to work experience for each team member.
  • Conduct weekly/bi-monthly and quarterly team meetings in line with business needs and expectations as discussed with the Sales Director.
  • Attend Morning Huddle meetings either in person or remotely via MS Teams to ensure all team members working in the clinic are compliant, living our values and identifying gaps in diaries, etc., in compliance with ATRT.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the hearing care market in their region. Closely monitor and report on competitor activity and develop strategies to both respond and drive market share.
  • Ensure our clinics and visiting sites in the region reflect exceptional standards in keeping with our brand (image and presentation in line with the patient hearing care journey).
  • Seek opportunities to expand our clinic offer across the region including new clinics/visiting sites, refurbished clinics, relocations, etc in line with the Business Plan.
  • Achieve key business objectives through driving sales and patient/prospects satisfaction.
  • Clinical practice: monitor to ensure the case history form is completed fully by the relevant employee (HAD, Wax Removal Technician, Clinic Coordinator where relevant), in accordance with the Hidden Hearing clinical best practice and as trained. This must be monitored on a weekly basis with meaningful feedback (acknowledgement or development) given to the team member in a timely manner. It is the Regional Managers responsibility to provide support and where necessary seek advice from the Chief Audiologist to ensure clinical best practice is adhered to.
  • Using the site visit report, observe team members to ensure optimal team performance and procedural excellence by creating a collaborative and engagement environment through meaningful feedback that is strengths based developmental and supportive.
  • Participate in cross-functional training as required from time to time.
  • Carry out other duties as requested/directed by the Sales Director or other Officer as appointed by the Managing Director.
