Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Create and execute a tailored marketing strategy for their region aligning with the national team objectives and implementation of national strategy.
- Identify localised marketing opportunities, developing innovative strategies and recommending regional marketing activations to the UK Marketing Director
- Have a thorough knowledge of local competitors and market trends to ensure effective brand positioning.
- Ensure all in-venue marketing collateral is up to date and to standard reporting any inconsistencies to the UK marketing Director
- Responsible for marketing reporting for their region, the marketing manager will evaluate the success and return on investment of marketing strategies within their region.
- This role will work closely with the Business Development Manager and venue Sales and Events Managers for their region, ensuring sales and marketing alignment to maximise brand exposure and strong venue performance. to ensure.
- A key member of the venue launch strategy team, this role will own the insights and city research for their region, developing local network relationships and raising brand awareness, to ensure a successful launch in each new city.
- This role will work closely with the central marketing team, cascading the national strategy, providing insights and ideas on a local level to guide both regional and national tactics ensuring that marketing goals are achieved.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:
- Have experience from a similar regional role within the hospitality industry
- Have experience creating and executing regional marketing campaigns that align with the national marketing strategy
- Be data and insight centric with the ability to report confidentially and accurately on ROI and performance targets.
- Have experience in working in a regional role and be comfortable with regular with travel and managing marketing activities for multi-site locations
- A confident self-starter, with a creative and analytical mindset
- Have experience with Meta, GA4, Canva, DesignMyNight and Powerbi.
- Have experience of budget management from a previous role
