Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science Degree
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the clinical laboratory
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience within the IVD industry
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong written & verbal communication
- High level of planning and execution skills
- Understanding of basic financial statements
- Proven analytic skills with ability to understand complex market & product data to produce sound business recommendations
- Ability to analyze & prioritize opportunities and generate proposals further decision-making
- Enthusiastic, self-starter with strategic focus, positive thinking
- General working attitude focused on Integrity, Customer-focus, Accountability, Respect, & Excellence
- Work experience in a clinical/research laboratory
- Travel Requirement: High
- Others: Working on weekends occasionally

Responsibilities:
KEY JOB PURPOSE
Management of the Haematology business unit (BU) – Sets optimal conditions in achieving sales & marketing targets of the BU, and initiates plans and activities to exceed BU’s objectives
Management of the assigned product portfolio throughout the product life cycle – from product conceptualization to obsolescence
Key activities include identifying opportunities, specifying products, pre-launch, launch, & post-launch activities, market adoption, and project management
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ROLE
- Cross-functional collaboration with intra-/interdepartmental teams to achieve shared goals
- Leads the new product launch process within SAP
